Viollier AG is a family-owned Swiss company and a leader in the field of laboratory diagnostics. The company’s registered domicile is in Basel. In addition to Viollier AG, the Viollier Group (“Viollier”) includes all its subsidiaries and companies which are controlled by or which control Viollier AG, directly or indirectly.

Viollier renders services based on the General Terms and Conditions of Business (“GTCB”) below. These contain general provisions (see I) on the one side and on the other special provisions (see II) which can apply in addition when certain services are utilized. ...
